Jigsaw Merge: Photo Puzzle (“the app”) is developed by Peril Soul Apps. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• An anonymous device identifier. On first launch the app generates a random ID and stores it in your device keychain. It is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID. It exists so your level progress, gold and purchases can be saved and restored.
• Gameplay data. Levels completed, moves used, hints used, gold earned and spent, and which screens you visit. This is sent to Google Firebase Analytics and associated with the anonymous identifier above.
• Crash and diagnostic data. Sent to Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes, so we can find and fix the problem.
• Advertising data. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you choose to watch. AdMob and Apple’s SKAdNetwork may process device and interaction data in order to deliver and measure those ads.
• Support messages. If you contact us from inside the app we receive the email address you enter, your message, and your app version and device model. We use them only to reply to you.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, account credentials, precise location, contacts, photos or payment details. The app does not access your photo library.

Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment information. The app has no subscriptions — every purchase is one-time.

Advertising consent

In the EU, EEA and UK the app presents a consent form (Google’s User Messaging Platform) before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from the app’s settings.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers named above — Google (Firebase, AdMob) and Apple — so that the app can function.

Your controls

Deleting the app removes the local identifier and your on-device data. To request deletion of progress stored on our servers, email us. Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and CPRA you may request access to, or deletion of, your data.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
